Before we begin

Clear answers for a better start.

What is the first step?

Share your proposed activity, the nationalities and legal status of the shareholders, and the intended ownership structure. We review this information before identifying the required documents and route.

What does the service proposal include?

The proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions and payment stages. Professional fees, government charges, third-party costs and applicable tax are shown separately.

Does company formation include operating licences?

Company formation and sector-specific operating licences are separate stages. For each service, we specify whether execution is included, our role is limited to coordination, or a separate proposal is required.

How long will the process take?

The route depends on the activity, documents and authority requirements. We explain the dependencies and provide progress updates without guaranteeing decisions or timelines outside our control.
